The two-day kick-off meeting will take place on 3–4 September 2026 in Barcelona, Spain, hosted by RemAb. The programme will begin by setting out the overall project vision and scientific background, followed by discussions on project management, governance and the collaborative structures that will support effective implementation.
Over the course of the two days, work package leaders and their teams will present their objectives, planned activities and first steps. Discussions will span the breadth of the DITRAP project, including manufacturing and regulatory preparation, AI-driven patient stratification, clinical trial implementation, immunological and clinical data analysis, health technology assessment, communication and exploitation, and ethics.
Dedicated networking and discussion sessions will give consortium members the opportunity to exchange expertise, clarify roles and responsibilities, and identify connections between the different scientific, clinical and innovation activities. These exchanges will be particularly important for ensuring that the consortium begins its work with a common understanding of how the individual work packages contribute to DITRAP’s overarching objectives.
The Barcelona kick-off meeting marks the beginning of a new interdisciplinary collaboration, bringing together complementary expertise from across the DITRAP consortium. By aligning on the project’s scientific vision, implementation approach and immediate next steps, the partners will lay the foundations for the collaborative work ahead.
